FRP製の商品は素地の状態でのご納品となりますので、基本的にパテ処理が必須となります。カーボン製の一部のフロントリップやリアディフューザー等は精製方法の関係上カーボンの継ぎ目が発生致します。カーボンのクリアコートのムラ、水泡等が稀に発生する可能性がございます。上記は検品時にも最新の注意を払いご確認致しますが、見落としのある場合にはお客様の方で処理して頂く必要がございます。輸送中の事故や破損に関しては基本的に保証の対象外となりますので物流会社の対応次第となります。ボディキットを含む一部の外装パーツの装着にはポン付け出来る場合もあれば他メーカー同様に加工が前提となる場合が御座いますので、無加工で取り付けの出来る場合もあれば削りやカッティング等の加工をする必要がある事態もご想定しご検討下さい。上記に該当する場合には弊社では一切返品・返金条件としては当てはまりませんのでご了承下さいませ。神経質な方やウェットカーボン製でドライカーボン製と同等の品質をお求めの方、完璧な品質をお求めの方はご購入をお控え下さいますようご理解の程よろしくお願い致します。

FRP products are delivered in their raw state, so basic putty treatment is necessary. Due to the manufacturing process, some carbon front lips and rear diffusers may have carbon seams. There may also be occasional inconsistencies, bubbles, or blemishes in the clear coat of carbon parts. Although we take the utmost care to inspect for these issues, any overlooked items must be handled by the customer. Transportation accidents or damage are generally not covered by our warranty and are dependent on the logistics company's response.
Some exterior parts, including body kits, may be installable as-is, while others, similar to other manufacturers, may require modifications. Please consider that some parts may require cutting, trimming, or other adjustments. In such cases, we do not accept returns or refunds. We ask for your understanding and request that customers who are particular, or expect dry carbon quality from wet carbon, or seek perfect quality, refrain from purchasing.
